please help, DEAD TOUCH SREEN?

i have a real problem, my iphone touch screen is half dead, half alive, i mean half of the sreen workss with the touch and alf no.
i have received this iphone as a gift froim my uncle from US, and i stay now in dubai (middle east) so my phone is jailbreak and unlocked, i am getting crazy dont know how to fix this, i can return the phone to its previous system beore jailbreak or unlocke, but how can i return it to apple store and have a new one, would they ask about the orginal invoice, if not there what to do?? please advice

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do.
If your uncle is still in the US, then you should probably send it to him and get him to get a new one for you from the US. Otherwise, I don't really know what you can do.

ok he is still there i guess, but the issue he dont have the invoice any more.. so would they exchange it for me, they the orginal invoice should be there.. please advice
