Please help. This problem started today (7/24/19). The walkie talkie app was working (and sounding) just fine all day yesterday. All of a sudden this morning when my wife attempted to receive a walkie talkie from me, this noise happened (see video)
. I was sending the walkie talkie from a quiet place. I have tried sending walkie talkies to her from a couple other locations (all very quiet environments) and the same issue. I tried calling her and having her answer the phone call on her watch (to make sure speaker was not blown). It sounded fine (both her talking to me and me talking to her) but then about 45 seconds into the call her audio dropped out completely but she could still hear me.

Any thoughts, ideas, trouble shooting steps to recommend would be greatly appreciated.

Trouble shooting steps already taken:
Restarting phone
Restarting watch
She has tried un-pairing and repairing her phone

Hardware:
Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular) 40mm
Watch OS ver. 5.3
iPhone iOS ver. 12.4

UPDATE:
It works when she turns the WiFi on the watch OFF but not when the WiFi on the watch is ON.

Any thoughts?
