iPhone Please help, i cant boot my iphone 3gs after using SBSettings to restart

Hello, I have an iphone 3gs with IOS 6.1.3, it was tethered but i have used p0sixspwn via cydia to untethering it, i wanted to reboot and i have used SBSettings to do it but i show apple logo, after sometimes but low, please help me thank you
