Honestly, only Apple can tell you for sure what happened. Change your iCloud password and call them.

I did change my Apple ID. Will apple be able to tell ? Because I’ve been racking my brain for two weeks about this .. I’m not trying to find who did it but I wanna know why because I see it’s almost impossible and what hacker on gods green earth cares about my life this much

I don't believe this story actually happened without more proof to back it up. You may be telling the truth, but the story is so impossible sounding that just posting a thread provides little assurance to others that it actually happened. I'm sure you understand.

You do not know for sure that your phone(s) was hacked.

Do the easy things first. Change passwords on the phone and see if it happens again.
