Please help Issue with Macbook air switiching off

My mac-book is going to sleep for every 3 or 4 minutes.. thought battery dead..

Messed up with os now i cannot reinstall Os when i click on Reistall Os its telling me to contact apple care..
unfortunately thinking of selling it i deleted all backups too .. really in a stupid position.

please help..

Did you contact apple support? I know that with my 2008 MBP they would still give me at least 15 minutes of NO Charge tech support, heck even my local store will help out.

couldn't find slots until Saturday .. in the mean while looking for all the possible solutions
