So i ran into this ad selling a mac computer 2012, 21.5" display, i5 2.7 ghz for $350 it looks pretty good cosmetically like theres little to no dings or scratches on it. Iwould like to know what to look out for when i meet them how can i check if the passwords are removed how do i know everything is good? is it a good buy?

Just ask them to totally wipe it clean (re-format), or you do that yourself before you ever hook it up to your network. Make sure you get all of accessories. Finally, just make sure the thing actually runs and works as intended.

Thank you cwanja :)

Is it a good buy at that price if everything works fine?

I would say so, but I do not have the historical sale price on me. Additionally, if you are just buying it to browse the web then it will likely accomplish what you need. Anything needing more horsepower could get boggled down. All depends on your needs.
