Please help me decide on new Macbook configuration

Because of the new Macbook update I'm thinking about purchasing a new one. I'm using this for office suite, internet, Adobe CS3, and multimedia (movies and music). I'm considering purchasing the 2.2ghz, 1GB, 120GB model with the educational discount and with the intent of upgrading the RAM to 4GB eventually. My questions are as follows:

1. How hard is it to upgrade the RAM on the Macbook?
2. How expensive is it to upgrade the RAM Macbook to 4GB? I have to purchase 2x2GB for this, right?
3. Is it viable to upgrade to 4GB or would 2GB be enough for everything I intend to do?
4. Should 120GB of storage be sufficient? I plan on getting Microsoft Office for Mac, Adobe CS3 Master collection, Windows XP Pro with Bootcamp, a few Win XP applications, along with 20gb of music and a few movies and episodes. Along with system files and Leopard, will I still have lots of memory to work with after everything or should I consider the 160gb model?
5. Is there a recommended case I should get with the Macbook? Also, how do you guys carry it around? It would also be great if you could recommend me a new backpack since my current one can't hold too much and is falling apart. I plan to carry it around with several textbooks.

I think RAM installation is fairly straight forward and easy to perform. The 4GB upgrade I think can be had for less than 200. You'll want 2 2GB modules. And, for the price and with your needs and future needs, I think 4GB make the most sense.

The ram should be fairly simple to upgrade yourself, just don't buy it from apple. Their ram is... expensive enough to buy a bucket load of generic ram

120GB might not be enough. It depends on what kind of shoes you have. I have 1 season of grey's anatomy and 2 of my favourite movies on my laptop. They take up about 80 gigs already T_T. Perhaps look at your files now, and see if they can fit. If not, just get an external harddrive, its much better as you dont really need your shows with you all the time do you?
