iOS Please help me learn objective-c basics.

I want to learn how to make iPhone Apps. I have almost no experience developing for iPhone, but have a pretty good understanding of Applescript and HTML. I realize these will not be very helpful. So if there are any tutorials out there for someone who has no clue how to make iPhone apps, but has used Xcode many times, Please help!
