Please help... Updated to MS Office 10.1.5 and now I can't open Word!!

Please help... am frustrated beyond words here. I installed the MS Office X 10.1.5 update today, and have not been able to open Word since. Yes, I've gone through all the steps for checking for duplicate or corrupt fonts, corrupt prefs, corrupt templates... the whole thing. I even reinstalled Word from the CD. Also ran FontDoctor and Norton DiskDoctor. Nothing works. I've been seven hours on this now, and am completely out of ideas. In the meantime, a major deadline is slipping away on me here...

Any ideas would be a real lifesaver! Thanks!!!
