Please help with "music" app

Ok so could someone please explain to me how to play a whole album in its entirely? It seems I tap the first song in the album and expect the player to play the following and then the one after. Well that doesn't happen. It just repeats that song. Or maybe tell me how to shuffle all songs in my library. Again when I "shuffle" from a song it just repeats the same song. It all happened with iOS 9.
Btw I'm on a iPhone 6s+ with iOS 9.2.

Sounds like you have repeat turned on so that it just plays the same song over and over. The controls are at the bottom of the player screen.

Had a smiler problem where the song was not repeating it was listed in the "up next" 20 times. Get to the up next and clear all of the same song listed....

Ok guys I will try it but I am seriously fed up with the player. I never had a problem with the "old" player.
Lol, I think I fixed it. I'll let you know later. After 6 years with iPhone I've never had these problems.

iTunes is not the most intuitive apps for sure.

I guess I had it on repeat single song.
