Please help: World Clock in "Today" section of the Notifications Center stopped working

I recently upgraded to Catalia and found World Clock not working. I removed and added it back but no change. I searched around online for a long time with various key words but found nothing. Thank you in advance for your help!

Have you tried to reset PRAM?

Another thing to try is creating a new user account and in the new user account see if the world clock works.

If one or more settings stored in NVRAM don't work as expected on an Intel-based Mac, resetting NVRAM might help.

Reset worked. I haven't used it for such a long time that I totally forgot it. Thank you also for including the link. Very kind of you!
