When i plug in my Apple TV to my Mac thats whats i see......No Info nothing...

Make sure you have the latest iTunes.

Restart iTunes

Restart your computer

Plug the USB cable directly into your computer (no hubs)


Let us know if any of those worked.

hey sorry i took the Screen Shot when i was updating but no matter what its always like that.....Ive tried restarting my comp....I have the latest iTunes....

You mean, it is stuck at this point?
Have you tried the steps provided by al256?
And what about that thread title? You created eleven thread since your arrival, all have proper titles. Why not this?
