iPad Pro Please help!

So I did the data transfer from my old iPad onto the new one that was just released today and for some reason the apps are taking forever to load. Is there something that I might have done to prevent this?

I would disagree. I’ve never had a problem transferring everything from other devices.

Why?

Fresh software. If there were ever any issues in the old software it can bring it over to the new device. Just sign in to everything. Don’t restore. Still allows you to get all data, with nice fresh software.

I would just set it up as new if you don't have any other ideas.
