Thanks, Italchef. I thoroughly enjoyed that link. I was kinda hoping to see some photos of solid-color backgrounds on new 24" imacs, but that probably wasn't obvious from the original post -- unless you'd been following the ongoing iMac display-uniformity discussions.

I don't think it could have been clear. If you were trying to be witty in your first post, you came off as weird. Your reply to Italchef just sounds sarcastic.

What exactly do you need? Are you attempting to find out the frequency of bad panels in the 24" iMacs or do you just want to see pretty backgrounds that are free of design? If so, I think if you did a search you'd find your answers. That's just me though.
