Please rotate device ad on MR

I have been getting this for the second day now and only on MacRumors, on my iPad iOS 17.6.1. It obscures 90% of the content are and makes reading MR impossible. As i scroll down, the black overlay follows. Anyone knows how to get rid of it?

what happens when you "rotate your device"? (e.g. turn from portrait to landscape)

I see those ads once in a while, not just on MR. As I recall there's an "X" to close the ad.

If this happens again. Can you let us know what the ad is for? That makes it much easier to track down.
