The iPhone XR refurbished is the only in the list with 128GB (Apple doesn't have 64GB). I probably won't need that much space.
Preference: Better battery - Larger screen (but not huge) - Quality camera - Better call reception - Bluetooth that don't keep disconnecting from my car - Longevity and receiving updates for a while (I keep my phones long enough)
Things I don't currently care for: 5G - anything more than 64GB

Your usage and needs should dictate the choice you make. You haven't provided any clues to either so it's hard to give any useful advice on your purchase.. Maybe you could provide some more info..

If you don't care for 5G i'd say the 11 would suit your needs well. I don't believe the 12 or 13 would be that much of an improvement for the extra $245-$300.. The 11 will be supported for quite awhile so updates won't be an issue either..

I got the 11 in December under similar circumstances - I like to keep my phones for 4-5 years so I didn’t want to go too old but also knew the improvements from 11 to 12 were not really worth the extra money for my use case. The SE is a good option too, but too small for me.

If you're paying full price for these, I would wait until September and then make a decision. The price of the ones you've listed will likely come down and a new one will be introduced. However, you can probably find most of these phones for cheaper than MSRP.
