Ok, so I've gotten plex mostly set up (amazing), but can't figure out how to get the apps to show up in anything other than a hierarchical file view in the "videos" section where you add your sources. I can't get them over to the "use your apps" area. Any help?

As a side note, it seems to crash quite a bit. Any help there? Or do I just have to deal with that?

NVM, I'm an idiot. The applications area doesn't correspond to the app store. Now if I could just figure out why all this internet video is horrendous quality.

I'd imagine the quality is sub-par mostly because it costs more money to put out a higher bitrate stream, and the studios don't actually want you to stop buying cable. That's my take on it, anyway ;).

Well, it's actually higher quality through a safari browser. Just like you cant access the HD streams of netflix instantly through plug ins, but you can through safari

My understanding was that Plex uses Safari... With Hulu for example if you login to Hulu via Safari, change your Hulu settings to 480P, then quit Safari and use Plex - you will get the higher 480P quality in Plex.
