How does one plot data using xCode ? I've seen 3rd party packages and a reference to Core Plot, but prefer Apple's libraries. Are there examples ?

... I don't think Apple has a library for that? Apple makes libraries that they expect most of their developers will need - you're on your own to either make a package for graphing or use one someone else has made.
