Plugged in iPhone 4S to Windows 7 - NTFS errors

Every time an iPhone 4s is plugged in the Windows machine creates NTFS errors that indicate the file system is corrupt. The machine syncs photos with no issues. Looking here to see if anyone can comment about the error.

Obviously the particular win 7 pc has issues.
I'd format and instal windows fresh.

I should have been more clear. The windows ntfs, corrupt filesystem errors appear only when the iPhone is plugged in. The disk with the ntfs corrupt filesystem is harddisk2 - the iPhone (OS is on harddisk0).

The iPhone owner isn't technical, they might be plugging something else in and not realize it but they swear to me the only device they ever plug in is the iPhone.

I mentioned the errors to him as a heads up that a USB stick or external drive he is using needs attention. He responded that the only device he plugs in is the iPhone.

I don't know what he claims but it's not the iPhone causing file system errors. The windows machine has issues.
Plug the phone to any other computer and you will see.
Up to him what he wants to do. If he doesn't know what he's doing tell him to bring it to someone to fix his computer.

It turned out to be a 5g iPod 60GB.
