Plz help guys!! Observed sparkling particle very annoying not removable on screen of iphone

I observed a sparkling particle(not removable) inside screen guard of my new iphone. Its very annoying.
Any idea what is it?

It could be a stuck pixel on the LCD screen of your iPhone. If the phone is new, take it back where you purchased it from and ask them to exchange it for another phone. Stuck or bad pixels on the screen of any iPhone are very noticeable and like you said, annoying.
