I just changed unplayable on wunder, tuner, fstream, musicbox MMS WMA streams from mms:// to rtsp:// and voila.

The app is $10 so I am sure a lot of people will bitch about this but it works for me.

It does not have preferences but it has an internal web browser for people that dont want to use backgrounder

Still no real player support so no bbc outside the UK might have to wait for Coreplayer to release if it ever releases
It will be even more expensive at $25

So Pocket tunes is the only Radio player that you can add your own WMA Stream?

I'm not sure, but it's definitely the only one to allow web browsing while listening to an online stream. And that alone makes it worth the $10 to me. :) I just hope they allow landscape mode in the next update.

And yes, Real Player is needed if only for the BBC internationally.

MMS WMA based streams

like

mms://stream06.rambler.ru/hitfm

for anything else I would recommend free FStream

Wunder Radio has Real Audio support since the last update but the notes in the app describe it as not fully working. With the couple streams I've tried (BBC local radio stations) it works but is slow to buffer.

I quite like Pocket Tunes because of the browser but it lacks Wunder's trump card - RadioTime integration for finding stations and programme information. Some stations I simply can't find urls for to enter into Pocket Tunes (e.g. TalkSport).
