Does anyone know of a Podcast app for iOS that meets the following criteria?

I used to use the Music app on iOS for podcasts, under iOS 6 and before. I would create a system of smart playlists in iTunes to ultimately get to a single smart playlist which contained the single oldest episode of each podcast I am subscribed to. Once that playlist was synced to my iPhone, I would shuffle it. The result would be a randomized playlist of all the "next episodes" of each podcast. If I were subscribed to ten podcasts, each of which had two or more unplayed episodes, the playlist should contain ten episodes. Just the "least recent" of each podcast. It allowed me to hit shuffle, and be off and running.

Under iOS 7, this is no longer possible. I've tried Apple's own Podcast app, Downcast, and PocketCasts. None of them are able to create a smart playlist like the above. I am looking for a Podcast app that can create a shuffle-able playlist that contains the single "least recent" unplayed episode of each podcast.

Thank you; I've been neglecting some of my podcast subscriptions since they no longer have the chance to randomly play.

RSSRadio can do this.

(disclosure: I am the author)

Thanks for the recommendation. I've downloaded it and read through the support articles. I see that I can get a playlist together of all episodes in a (the "default") category. The settings lets me choose how many shows to display, though this doesn't have anything to do with how many episodes per show are displayed.
Perhaps I am missing something, but is there a way for the app to automatically present a playlist of the single least recent episode of each podcast?
