is there any way of keeping the podcast artwork visible for shows that lack any downloaded podcasts? I regularly delete the episodes I've listened to and most of the time I end up with podcasts without any episodes, which in turn deletes the artwork for it. Is there any way of keeping the artwork intact?
Also, when you delete episodes said episode is also deleted from the feed. Is there any way of getting them back as there are times I'd like to re-download an old episode but can't find them in the feed? It's kinda irritating that the only way of deleting the episode also makes it hard for me to re-download it.
