iPod Podcast email alerts site???

So with the 2.2 iphone update, we now have podcast download. Problem is, we are not alert by the phone itself.

Solution for me: Is there an online program/rss readers we can sign up to that will email us when a new podcast is updated so that we can then go on our iphone and download it?

I google this question and found this site, but it says they are closing it down
