Podcast Problems

I download a video podcast, but when i put it on my iphone, its just audio. Why?

I have a language instructional pocast that I want to listen to, but instead of choosing the "5 most recent unplayed" I need the "5 oldest unplayed" in order to start at the beginning. This goes for tv series' that I have also uploaded, but it doesn't seem to be an option in iTunes. Is this a major overlook on Apple's part or am I missing something?

Set those podcasts to "unwatched" or whatever. Hope that helps, sorta inconvieniant but all i can think of.
