I don't usually carry my normal camera with me, but would like to have some type of digital camera that would be small enough to carry around every day. To work, to go grocery shopping, etc. Just to capture those shots you run across everyday and you always wished you had a camera around for.

Depends on the quality you want and the price you want to pay. I love the Panasonic LX-1/Leica Digilux 2. The new FX-01/C-lux 1 is sure to be a hit for JPEG only shooters.

Most anything in the Canon SD line is sure to please also. As well as many of the Casio offerings.

I just got myself a Casio Exilim SD600. It's a great camera and so small that you never have to consider whether you should take it with you or not. It also seems to be plenty flexible for the day to day shots you don't want to miss.
