pointer disapears

I will try to be as detailed as possible. When I am in any text box and am typing and I try to use the pointer I takes a good 2 seconds for the pointer to appear and then it stays there for another second before it begins to move again. I do have ignore invertant trackpad touching. oh and im not just not seeing the pointer.

Have you tried turning off invertnat trackad touching? Turn that off and see if it still does it.
And just to get the obvious out of the way: Have you restarted?

So you have something with flash running when this is happening? It used to do it to me while on myspace all the time(what a garbage excuse of a site).
