iPhone Pokémon Go - iOS 14.2 crash (unsupported device)

Is anybody else having any issues with Pokémon Go with the latest final release of iOS 14.2?

the app crashes instantly. Every so often randomly it will load, let me enter my date of birth and login only to then tell me that my device isn’t supported.

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, checked for etc but no difference.

I really can’t be bothered to restore my phone and try that, it takes ages!

Any other ideas before I just ‘forget’ about Pokémon?

I had this problem for few days with previous ios version. Niantic updated PoGo in 2-3 days. (I think you won’t miss Lugia.

I have the exact same problem. Tried deleting and redownloading app a number of times but still crashing the instant I try to open. IOS 14.2
