Hi, since upgrading to iOS 11 I cannot connect my polar to my iPhone. No word back from polar support. It was working fine before upgrading. It did not show as a paired device after phone restarted & now will not “see” the H7 in spite of resetting it. Anyone else have this issue or advice? Thanks!

Had the same issue: Polar H7 stopped working after upgrading to iOS11.
Restarting the phone and re-pairing made it work again.
However, it is still "strange:" when looking in the list of BT devices on the phone, the little (i) button (used to "Forget" devices") no longer appears next to Polar. So...not sure I can un-pair it now :)

I have to admit that the Polar H7 never worked too smoothly with my iPhone (since day 1, well before iOS11). It always needed a "ceremony" of "forget-and-re-pair' to start working. So I feel that the implementation of the BT stack there was never too "optimal..."

FIXED IT hey all, this is my first post here so here goes. I have a Polar H7 and iPhone X iOS 11.2.6. H7 heart rate hasn't been showing up in Apple Health for months (even back to my iPhone 7). I also use Runkeeper and Polar Beat. H7 heart rate shows up fine in both Runkeeper and Polar Beat. Spent over an hour on chat with Apple today and made no progress. Although not a techie, I was able to fix my problem by deleting both Runkeeper and Polar Beat. Heart rate from H7 immediately showed up in Apple Health. Reloaded Runkeeper and now it shows up fine in both Runkeeper and Apple Health! I hope this helps someone. How frustrating.
