Political GPS now out. Political compass test for iPhone and iPod touch

Apple just approved my new application, Political GPS for the iPhone and the iPod touch, which has a nice political compass test inside it. Test yourself or your friends, and find out where your political beliefs put you in the political arena (liberal, conservative, libertarian, and many more areas).

The test ranks your beliefs according to the amount of freedom people in an ideal government should have economically and socially. Find out what famous world leaders share your beliefs, and much more.

I thought this was an app that identifies the city you're in and what the city's overall political views are... I guess I got mixed up by the "GPS". If that feature gets added on there somehow, this would be a sure buy for me.

Actually, that's an interesting idea. I've never thought about doing that kind of app. I'll think about implementing that.

I see your point, but, first, that test is not nearly as in-depth as the one in my app.

How would you think people would respond to a free ad-sponsored version? Then, I would upgrade all of the current users to a Premium version with extra resources and tools, and no ads.

I'm thinking of doing that.

Dunno, I think the free ad supported version would bring in some money, but a premium version would have to have some cool features to get people to buy it.

I've taken the online test, and I'm a very moderate liberal/libertarian, like very near the middle. I compared that with other people on a forum (mostly in their very early twenties), and most of them were pretty liberal/libertarian, a few far flung.
