Poll: Are you noticing less battery life after updating to 3.1 ?

After updating to 3.1, I have CLEARLY noticed less battery life on my iPhone3G. This is a HUGE problem for me - I need my phone! My usage has not changed - I use it the same amount. I used to be able to go from morning until bedtime on one charge with 3.0.1, but now with 3.1 my battery is in the red by the time I get home from work.

I have read a few other threads on this topic, but zero polls. Here is one thread but after requesting noticed no poll had been added. https://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=8536426#post8536426

Well my area just upgraded to 3g and now with 3g turned on I am getting horrible battery life, I can't make it through the day, push notification's are off. I get about 2 1/2 hours of browsing the web, sending messages, taking pics and my battery is completely gone.

definitely noticeable battery drain per day on my 3GS since upgrading...

i could get by on a full charge for 2 days before the iphone died, but now i'll be very lucky to get that..

no difference in day to day activities or apps used either...

Your poll needs more options. How about improved battery life? There have been a few times that I've noticed way better battery usage. Like 9 hours of use and 2 days since charge. Obviously that wasn't heavy use of games or GPS, but I did listen to audiobooks and music a bunch. I'd never seen that kind of battery usage before.

I think mine seems fine now after a restore or two. Doesn't matter anyway...I'll be upgrading to a 3GS this weekend.
