I find the peek and pop features in Mail, Safari and Messages absolutely useless and I wish 3D Touch in these apps were allocated to more useful functions. I have set up a poll because I'm interested in whether some people actually find it useful.

Agree. Use it occasionally, but not accidentally. Could we have an option for that?

Use Case: When deleting emails & need to peek the content w/o really moving away from the mail home screen, so I can quickly continue with my swipe to delete as subject lines could be misleading sometimes -Will pop the peek as needed.

What do you think it could be used for? For mails, maybe ability to move 'em to folders when popped after peeking or even better - configurable. Cannot think of anything else for other apps.

I kept activating it accidentally when I didn't want it. Got aggravating after a while so I turned it off completely.

I actually do use 3D Touch and Peek/Pop. I see the general complaint that most don't seem to even think about using it, but once you start using it, you find out that it is a convenience and shortcut to access your content quicker. That's just how I view it and it's conveniences me in that manner. It's also one of my favorite features since it debuted with the iPhone 6s.
