Yesterday I thought I had an isolated incident of having two dead pixels on my screen but soon realized that others had the same issues as well as some of the demo units in the store having pixel problems on the screen.

I just wanted to know by looking closely at your screen and doing this survey if these pixel problems are an isolated incident or if it's more widespread. Personally, I didn't even see any until I looked closely due to the how densly packed the screen is.

i purchased two iphones of which neither have pixel problems.

We purchased three 8 GB iPhones, and none of them have any dead pixels on them whatsoever.

None at all. I was a little bit worried about getting a less-than-perfect iPhone but alas I lucked out and it's all good!

I'll let you know what happens at the Apple store...I got a reservation at a Genius Bar on Monday. I want and hopefully should get a replacement. I don't think anyone should have to settle with warrantly repair on a 2 day old phone. Unacceptable.

I mean hey if your happy with it and it doesn't bother you, that's great, but for me it drives me nuts.

By the way, AT&T is out for replacement. They said when I went in there that Apple controls everything and they can't do anything.
