You really should have added "buying non-mac product to replace iMac". As, there is not real option to replace the 27' iMac. I will not spend an extra $1K or more and buy a Mac Pro with LCD. I can buy/build a PC for much less than that and load it up with Win7.

My replacement shows up tomorrow. I hope it is the end of this mess for me.
 
My i5 21.5" arrived completely perfect on the first attempt. The only new Mac I've ever had to return was a faulty iMac DV400. That was seven Macs ago.
 
My first Mac (mid-2010 iMac 21.5") is perfect. As my wife says, "she's a keeper!!!". :)
