It's been a while since we had a poll.

Multiple selections allowed in case you have multiple differing GPUs in a Mac Pro or multiple Mac Pros.

Me: GTX980 flashed

In my 5,1 I use the card that came with it, 5770. For my 1/2,1 I bought another 5770 directly from Apple. I use my Macs for music so I don't need the latest/greatest/most powerful card. I know it's now a pretty old card, but it works just fine.

Good Poll (like we're all so "missing polls" at this point :) )

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2048 MB Mac Edition.

In a Mac Pro 5,1, used mainly for software development.

Edit:

My 3,1 has the original 8800.... but ran the 680 until I walked it into my 'new' 5,1, which I bought new from B&H in June 2014. It was the very last one they had in stock, but I'm so happy that I was right to avoid the tube.

MP 1,1 came with 7300 that got upgraded to a 5770.

MP 3,1 came with 8800 that eventually coexisted with PC 7970

MP 6,1 still stuck on d700s. Waiting (but not much longer) for proper eGPU support.

Zotac 680GTX 4Gb Flashed with EFI. Mainly use the 5,1 for FCP X so would be nice if some better AMD Cards available with Flashing however seems to be out of favour.

Used to have a flashed 680 now replaced by an unflashed Titan X. I still have the original HD4870 as a backup.

HD7950 Mac Edition + Flashed R9 280 (as per my signature)

But most of the time will only boot from PC ROM (both card) because I occasionally will boot to Windows 10 for gaming. And Mac EFI will cause system crash when Crossfire enabled.

Originally I had a stock Apple ATI 5870.

In early 2014 I upgraded it to an EVGA GTX 680 Mac Edition.

Last month I bought a GTX 1080 direct from Nvidia, and migrated purely to Windows.
