I’m seeing a lot of app crashes on 13.1. It also seems like apps which require network usage refresh very slowly on 13.1, although given the short time frame that could be some transient network issue with my carrier.

Most of my photos are still missing and not downloading from iCloud. Total disaster from Apple.
