Hello All,

Brought home my new Apple TV over the weekend - tried renting our first movie, "Meet Bill".

Video was fine but audio quality was horrible. Dialogue was basically inaudble, even with volume all the way up! Sound effects and music in the film were a bit better, but still nowhere near as loud as it should be.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I called Apple support to get a refund, awaiting resolution. I'm somewhat hesitant to try to rent another movie.

It's worth mentioning that all of my videos and music (from library) play fine, no audio issues whatsoever - just this one rental - the only one we tried.

Any other experiences?

Thanks in advance.
