iPhone poor connection to initial new calls (9.3.2)

I noticed recently after the upgrade, my iPhone 6 start to having issues to make new calls, about 1/3 of new calls i made ended up "calling ...." with no rings and then failed. Called T-mobile and they told me no outage and since it is happening in multiple locations they suspected the phone (6).

About to take it to the store, then my girlfriends told me her 6 also had the similar issue since the upgrade. Her problem was using the FaceTime audio though.

Not sure if any other people experience the same issue. Will see what the apple store will say. Pretty pissed right now...

my iPhone 6+ on Verizon is working just fine. Have you tried resetting network settings?
