I hope this isn't a sign of things to come but after waiting for months to finally order my iMac I did so last weekend. As part of the deal I went for a printer with the £60 rebate offer. The status of the items was showing the iMac ready within 3 business days whereas the printer was 1-2 weeks. After placing the order on the Bank Holiday I phoned Apple the next day to ask if they could split the order which they said they could and would get back to me with confirmation. I've since phoned everyday and each time spoken to someone else who has promised to get back to me with confirmation. Needless to say, it's now Friday afternoon and I've heard nothing. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received so far. I've no problem with them saying that it's not possible to deliver any quicker, it's the lack of a response that's annoyed me. Anyone else experienced this level of poor service? Please cheer me up and tell me it's not all bad, currently my car is dying on me, BT are charging me £100 for visiting my house and telling me it's my fault and worst of all my football team got relegated I know the light will shine when it all finally turns up but I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel right now.
