iOS Pop Up View?

In the safari application there is a little plus button at the bottom and if you touch it, a half screen view slides up from the bottom with like 4 buttons on it. they are like add bookmark, add to home screen, mail link to this page and cancel.
how do i make something like this?

Nothing from the iPhone Application Programming Guide or iPhone Human Interface Guidelines sounds similar?

Actually, what Safari uses in the example you cited is a UIActionSheet.
