Pop-up

I have a blog that I want to sell a product. If person don't buy product from blog and they start to leave the blog. I want a pop-up to appear that will offer a second product to buy. If person don't buy product from first pop-up and get ready to leave blog, I want a second
pop-up to appear that will give me the chance to get person's email and name. If person gives me their email and name with the second pop-up, I want to be able to offer a third product. What is the name of the program to do this? I have had people use this sells method on me to get me to buy their product.

No offense, but I can't stand those sites, especially the sites that think they're being clever in giving a no way out in JavaScript. If I go to one of those sites, I just get out there and forget that website forever. If your product or service is good then it will sell itself.
