Popcorn 4 - anyone use it?

I've been using Handbrake to convert my DVDs to play in my ATv and my iPhone with the Universal setting. I see almost no mention of Popcorn 4. They claim it is improved over Popcorn 3 and am wondering if it offers any improvement over Handbrake. I don't care about transferring it to youtube or the Tivo stuff.

Handbrake is a wonderful application and is opensource. Couldn't see myself forking over 50 large for something I already have.
