Popup on Mac: iCloud Terms & Conditions (9/18/2023)

So this keeps re-appearing every 6-7 months.

I just got a popup for iCloud T&C's - ON MY MAC - with language about "iOS devices" and "iOS software updates" (along with, if you disagree, you can return the device, and a link - which doesn't work - to the Apple Sales return policies).

and it's basically neutered my machine.

yeah - my post wasn't specific to how to "unbrick iCloud", but more that there is no "let me read" or "let me think about it" - it's either accept, reject, or force quit.
