Popup Reminder Issue

Hello... I used Sirir to set a reminder for "tomorrow at 10:30 AM". The reminder was set correctly, and the iPhone showed the reminder. The issue was with the sync to iCal. The sync does show up in my Reminders on iCal, but when the time came for the message to popup, iCal did not. It just shows the reminder in bold with an ! point. If I setup a Reminder through iCal, a popup will be displayed. The setting are the exact same to show a popup. I edited the current reminder on iCal to see if a popup would happen and it did. Is there anything I can do?
