Other Port of Mario All Stars Possible?

so i dug through GitHub and found someone decompiled Mario All Stars and Mario World for the SNES and ported it to PC from 1993! would it be possible to port it to Intel mac running 10.4.11-10.14.6? i have both a 2014 Mac Mini with a dual core 3ghz i7 and 8gb of ram running Yosemite and a mid 2006 Mac Mini running 10.4.11 with 1GB of RAM and a core duo heres the link!

That's pretty neat. I actually have the cart (I picked it up as a Nintendo Power mag mail away as a kid!) and have the rom which my son plays on his 2009 imac+retroarch. Such a great cart.

Lost Levels is so much fun!
