Portable charging puck

I don't suppose anyone knows of an Apple Watch charging puck that is just the puck with either a lightning or MicroUSB port?

It would be superb for travelling. I always carry lightning and microusb cables with me, therefore, having just the puck on its own that I can connect to the end of one would be very useful.

I'm sure i've seen one with a built in battery (which is nice I guess) but wondering if there was a super simple one that fulfills this use case.

I have seen that one and it's cool and all but I was after one very very similar but with a lightning or microUSB port instead of the usb plug that one has.
