Hi all,
I just got an Iphone 7, and unfortunately didn't opt for a larger storage amount than 32 GB. Do you guys know of a good storage medium for on the go (ie no access to internet)? I want to be able to watch movies that I have on my laptop by transferring them to a device that I can connect to from my phone. It doesn't matter if it uses it's own network, or connects over lightning. The ideal scenario is to be able to stream video on long car rides or airplane flights where there is no internet access.
Thanks,
GarrukApex

Something like this might work for you.
That's the kind of thing I was looking for, but I wanted to add more storage than 32 for a little less money. I was hoping that there might be something out there where I could connect an ssd or hdd to a lightning adapter over USB for less than $50.

You really should return that phone and get the 128GB version. Not only is it a lot more convenient to have all the storage you need on the phone, but the flash memory on the 32GB iPhone 7 is slower than on the 128GB models.

It's an extra $100 but ends up being worth it in the end. Trust me. :)

I use sandisk iexpand, works well for me. Fact is,that I got more than one.
Right now,I use three, one as movie storage for my iPad,with some of my old VHS movies installed as video files, one for my music library, and a third one for photos, documents and similar use.
