Possibility To Use iMac As A monitor?

Hi,

I'm new on here and I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with my question,

Is it possible to use my mid 2010 21.5" iMac as a monitor for a late 2009 13" MacBook with a mini display port to mini display port cable? if so how do I go about it? the iMac & the MacBook are both running on High Sierra V10.13.6
