Anyone think Apple will announce anything about the Apple Watch at their Q1 earnings call on the 27th? A special event? Release date? Battery life? Pre-order date? It's ability to transport you to the 9th universe? Anything?

No, they don't use investor call ins to do product announcements.

They have announced OS X release dates on the earning calls, thats about it though. I agree that investor calls are usually not the right venue for those type of announcements.

Well you were sorta right. They didn't announce anything about the Apple Watch. It was really more of a head up on a launch time frame.

A heads up on the release time frame of the Apple Watch is an announcement about the Apple Watch though...
