Possible Batter Issue

I have a quick question about my battery and was wondering if other iPhone 44 users could tell me if this is normal. When I plug my iPhone in at the end of the night and let it charge over night (usually 8+ hours), I turn it on in the morning with the cable still plugged in to the wall and when the phone starts it says 99% and charging.

Is there a reason its not showing 100%?

Some mornings it does, but most say 99%. Is this a problem with my battery not being able to fully charge, or just a common bug with all iPhone 4s?

When I charge mine over night, and then unplug it, the percentage meter always reads 100% charged.

Mine reads 100% when I've charged it too.

Also, I find that a good whisking action really helps to ensure there are no lumps when I'm making batter...

It happens. At full charge the LiIon battery cycles to prevent overcharge.
